Hotel Gernika’s air-conditioned rooms feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. The location is excellent, close to everything but quiet. The ladies who who were running the front office are beyond awesome in taking care of their guests. I had to go back and retrieve my bag that got left behind in error. I returned at 10pm and they made med a sandwich and gave me fruit to take to my room. They made phone calls on my behalf an tried to help. They are so kind, I felt very cared for when I needed help.

Se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama. The apartment complex in general was nice. Our room was spotless and comfy. We are a family of four, and we fit perfectly (I could even say a fifth person could have stayed). The staff's attention was phenomenal.

Guests can visit attractions such as the iconic Guggenheim Museum. Pretty good breakfast. Nice restaurant next door as there wasn't anything else near being next to the airport
