I took semi-pension (breakfast & supper). Food was prepared by lovely Bodo, she is Alexandre' Mom. Food was delicious as 5 stars Michelin Restaurant. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The managers and staff were all superb - real nice and helpful. Ask for a room with a view over the ramparts and fields - lovely. Great shower, comfortable beds, quiet and good WI-FI.

The bed was also very comfy too! We could not praise this hotel more. Such a wonderful stay.
