Located in the historic centre of Orléans, this 3-star hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Maison de Jeanne d’Arc. Lovely hotel very close to the train station in the center of Orleans, completely in the historical district. There are lots of restaurants and nightlife close by, but our room was very quiet and tranquil, with a window opening up to an inner courtyard. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice. The hotel paid attention to small details. I would definitely stay there again.

Located in a pedestrian area in the centre of Orleans, this hotel houses, a garden and a solarium on the hotel's top floor.The hotel is a histrorical building of the beginning of the XXth century. Really nice. The lack of elevator should be more top of list. Had a fourth floor but upgraded to second fl...only three floors to climb with luggage...

Hostellerie de l'Écu de Bretagne is situated in the quiet medieval village of Beaugency. It features an outdoor, heated swimming pool, and WiFi is free of charge in the entire property. Everything. This is a beautiful old-established hotel in the centre of a lovely small mediaeval town. It has off-road parking, a very decent open-air swimming pool, friendly staff, comfortable and characterful rooms, quiet location and one of the best French hotel breakfasts ever. We will be back!

Set in an abbey dating back to the 11th century, Grand Hôtel de l'Abbaye is located in Beaugency, 24.5 km from the Chateau de Chambord. A wonderful building right on La Loire. A cultural retreat with restaurants, shops and sightseeing all on the doorstep.
