Centrally located in the heart of Chester and within the historic city walls, The Townhouse Hotel is a Georgian period house built in 1699. We had a fabulous stay. We were greeted at reception with a smiling face. The room was cozy and updated. Breakfast was great. Conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again.

This exclusive, privately owned, boutique-style hotel is housed in a beautiful Victorian building, which has now been lovingly restored and sympathetically renovated in keeping with the Victorian... The property, from grounds to room was magnificent. Very well maintained and the staff were all incredibly welcoming. I will definitely be back for another weekend stay next time I’m in the area.

Super 8 by Wyndham Chester East is located just off junction 14 of the M56 motorway, a 24-hour reception, free parking and rooms with TVs. We have been travelling around the UK for 4 weeks. Our time in the UK is coming to an end as we fly back to New Zealand soon. Loved our stay,it was a last minute booking after a property on Agoda wasn't as it seemed. Found this property on Booking.com. It was a relief to arrive & find staff so welcoming after a stressful day. Rooms were clean and bed super comfortable. Handy location to Chester & Wales. 100% happy.

Just 10 minutes’ walk from Chester city centre, the family-run Bawn Lodge offers traditional cooked breakfasts, free parking and free Wi-Fi. Chester Railway Station is half a mile away. This is a small lodge, only 5 rooms, which was wonderful. The room was furnished with a small refrigerator, coffee maker and mugs. Each day the coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits were replenished. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and included a hairdryer. The staff are friendly and attentive. There is a great bar and restaurant downstairs and it is packed every night. Breakfast comes with the room and has everything from a full English, to yogurt, cereal and fruit. The restaurant staff were extremely accommodating with regard to my food allergies and requirements. A small parking lot is available on site for guests. Street parking is also available.

The Mill Hotel and Spa is located alongside the Shropshire Union Canal, 5 minutes’ walk from Chester Station. It offers 5 eateries and a leisure centre with a pool. Excellent location and great value for money. Very friendly staff
