Outstanding customer service. Everyone at the front desk was polite and efficient. The gentleman that handled my check out was polite, helpful, kind and I appreciated him asking how my stay went. Very impressed with the front desk team work. Also the gentleman that handled maintenance regarding my shower inquiry was excellent. Super nice and very helpful.

I have stayed in many of your Hotels, the only thing but I expect as it was after Xmas & New Year, the desk people were more interested in chatting about things than us accept one very polite guy.
