Situated above its own terraced gardens, The Glenburn Hotel is a Victorian sandstone building which offers panoramic views across Rothesay Bay to the Cowal Peninsula. Rothestay town centre is just a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast was fantastic, we loved the variety.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Owner and family extremely pleasant and accommodating. Was expecting more for breakfast but enjoyed what we got. Our suite was lovely.

This self catering property is of the highest specification and decoration. Its location overlooking the bay is ideal for accessing Rothesey and nearby points of interest. A bus stop is also closeby. The owner was very helpful in offering recommendations of places to visit and places to eat. Wouldn't hesitate in staying again.

The staff were great, drink and food prices reasonable. Beautiful location, looking over the bay. It's a 3 star and the bathroom needs upgrading but the bed was so comfortable and the sheets had that luxury feel.
