Their warm welcome (pick up at the port, welcome drink, advices for the trip, their company) feels like being part of something bigger than just being a guest in a hotel. Ios is not just a party island and in this boutique, in this family-run hotel you will find everything for great relaxation: amazing views with infinity pool, very delicious and big, homemade breakfast, charming rooms with balcony and terrace, regular housekeeping ... And mostly: privacy and peace. Our hosts even arranged a good rent-a-car price for us and pick up at the hotel. They recommended many good tavernas and restaurants with traditional food and sunset spots as well. If you go to Ios, stay in Sea Breeze Hotel, you won't regret it! We are definitely coming back. 🙂

All rooms have private balconies, some with sea view. Beautiful property, wonderful room, and the exceedingly welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. They were all so hospitable that we felt right at home. The pool area and grounds are gorgeous--flowers blooming everywhere we looked! It is an easy walk to the beach and many restaurants, an inexpensive ride to Chora, and an all-around fabulous stay. They provided a shuttle to and from the port, their breakfasts were delicious, they assisted with calling cabs, they recommended good restaurants, and they arranged a wonderful private tour of Ios. We could not be happier with our stay in Island House.

Hotel Katerina is built in traditional island fashion. Its stylish and spacious rooms offer modern amenities and comforts during your stay. The hotel was amazing! The view was incredible, and the location was perfect—right between Chora and Mylopotas Beach, so both were easily walkable. The family who runs it were wonderful hosts, super helpful with everything from free rides to and from the port, to great recommendations. Breakfast and service were excellent. Fantastic value for money—highly recommend!

Rooms here will provide you with a TV and air conditioning. Private bathrooms also come with a shower. We had 3 rooms and they were all good with good sized terraces and very quiet. The staff were wonderful, and so helpful and sympathetic when we had a medical issue to deal with. The pool is lovely and so is the beach opposite. We were there 9 September and a few restaurants had already closed for the season but there was still enough choice. There was also a regular bus into nearby Chora which stops just outside the hotel.
