The staff was incredibly helpful and nice when we said it was our first day in Santorini and gave us very valuable directions and information.

Smaragdi lies just 50 metres from the black beach of Perivolos. The Cycladic-style residence offers a large swimming pool, and a hot tub. The entire complex was spotlessly clean. The pool was sparkling. The staff were exceptionally helpful and nothing was an issue. They allowed us a late check out and arranged a super tour for us. They had awesome follow up to any queries we had. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Room was specious and very clean. It was quiet and peaceful area. Breakfast was great, there was everything you need. Staff was very kind and lovely, always available. They even brought the breakfast in our room. The pool is amazing! Everything was beyond our expectations!

The rooms were immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, perfectly blending luxury with the charm of Santorini. Each morning, we looked forward to breakfast where Litsa and Spiros delivered outstanding service with warmth and efficiency, always ensuring everything was perfect. Every interaction with the team felt sincere, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The seamless service carried through right until check out, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Onyx Hotel doesn’t just offer beautiful accommodation—it delivers hospitality at its finest. We left feeling cared for and will absolutely return.

Very nice hotel, romantic design, beautiful flowers and palms decorating the buildings, amazing view! The staff was very kind and polite, helpful and always smiling! 5 stars for Marta from the reception, who was always there to help and give valuable informations. :) Very clean rooms, the breakfast was very diversified and tasty! The pool was clean and had very nice music. The view was spectacular! Also the hotel amenities. Definitely recommend it!

The hotel is very clean and has a good location, very close to the beach. The rooms are big, comfortable big beds, AC, refrigerator and a coffe expressor, the coffee included free of charge. Everything that you need in a vacation. The towels were changed every day, the bed sheets are very comfortable and with a good quality, we also had towels especially for beach 👌. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of healthy greek food and drinks. The personal of the hotel is very kind and always there for you to help you, they arranged us a transport back at the airport, in the early morning, which was really helpful. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely come back for a new vacation in this lovely place.

I couldn't be more effusive in my absolute pleasure in staying at Arion Bay. Ilias, the proprietor, is such a wonderful human being. He helped us so much throughout our stay and made sure we were taken care of like we were part of his family! The entire team at Arion Bay were so welcoming, warm and caring towards us. If I could give a rating of 100/10 I would!

Breakfast was more than adequate, and staff was very accommodating for every request. We loved the ambience of Kamari.

From the friendly, personal welcome to the beautiful breakfast by the pool, staying at the Boathouse did not disappoint. Diane and her team make sure all guests are looked after. It’s a great location right by the beach and has a lovely pool. It has a really friendly atmosphere, amongst both the staff and other guests. Can’t wait to go back!
