A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, as well as an iPod docking station are offered. Certain rooms have a seating area where you can relax. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while looking out at the sea or city. Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom fitted with a bath or shower. For your comfort, you will find slippers and free toiletries. I cannot recommend Sifnos‘s house highly enough! George and Dora made our family feel so at home, comfortable, so welcome and really enhanced our stay in Sifnos. We stayed in the Galaxea apartment, which was superb. Two well designed bedrooms with excellent Aircon, one en suite, and an extra bathroom, and a lovely sitting area inside as well as a shaded table and sun spot outside. George helped us plan our itinerary, booked us sun loungers and had even organised to treat us to a delicious octopus starter as a surprise when we arrived at the beach! The rooms were serviced every day, beds made towels refreshed if we needed them. There is a delicious breakfast that is included and our apartment had a small but well equipped kitchenette, with stove and fridge, had we wanted to make our own food. We absolutely adored our stay at Sifnos house. When we left, George and Dora even gifted us with a ceramic platter as a parting gift, we were so touched. Do yourself favor and book yourself in. We’re going back!

Situated right on the beach of Platys Gialos, the Cycladic-style Platys Gialos Hotel offers rooms and suites with unobstructed views over the Aegean Sea. It features a sun terrace among a lush garden, and a private beach area. The hotel is exactly as in the pictures, on the beach. You can walk to the village where there are restaurants, bars and small shops. The rooms were very clean, it is also nice to have sun umbrellas and beds included plus SUP and kayak you can use for free. We also discovered a small gym and there is space for training with sea view. Overall very nice!

Situated in the village of Pano Petali, Petali Village Hotel offers a panoramic view of Apollonia and the sea. Only 250 metres from Apollonia’s centre, it features a pool with hydromassage section and a poolside snack bar. Everything was perfect, the room was lovely with a comfortable bed and lovely soft towels. The pool was very nice and made even better by the appearance of the owner's playful retriever now and again (we love dogs but I guess if for some reason you don't it could be an issue) It's in a great place to act as a hub for exploring Sifnos as you can walk to Apollonia or Artemonas to get the buses over the island. Be warned that going anywhere on Sifnos will most likely involve climbing some slopes or steps so you need to be mobile. We only stayed 4 days but will certainly come back again to cover the bits we missed.

Lovely room, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Highly recommended.
