The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and always smiling, and the manager clearly runs the place with great care and attention to detail. Our room was cleaned daily, and everything was kept spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast was lovel, fresh and varied every morning, which we really appreciated. The location couldn’t be better: right next to the shore, so you can enjoy the sound and sight of the sea just steps away. They even offer free umbrellas for the beach, which made our days in the sun even more enjoyable. One of our favorite parts was the excellent restaurant located right in front of the hotel. Sitting by the sea while enjoying a delicious meal😄 Overall, Hotel Avra exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-run place by the sea!

Free sun loungers and beach umbrellas are available. Meliton Inn’s staff can also arrange sports activities in nearby locations. Room is very spacious and clean with balcony and beautiful sea view. Beds are big and very comfortable. Staff was extremely polite and welcoming. They have also a great restaurant, food is very well made and hotel has a private parking lot. Great place for sumer vacation with excellent location. There is big supermarket, bakery and lots of local restaurants in the neighbourhood. Definitely planning to come here again!

Overlooking Toroneos Gulf and nestled in pine forests, Lily-Ann Village is only 400 metres from the resort centre and the popular sandy beach of Nikiti. A sweet-water pool with pool snack bar and free sun beds and umbrellas are featured. The hotel was really nice, good location, 5 min walk to the beach (lot of restaurants and caffès), 10 min by car to the nearest Lidl store (witch is a plus when you are with kids). The personal was really friendly, the food (specifically the breakfast) was really nice as well.

Quiet little boutique hotel that’s family run. The host Leonidas was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is brand new. Three minutes from the village of Sarti, with a beautiful Greek Orthodox Church, the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary. Had dinner at a wonderful seaside tavern.

The hotel is great, a very quiet place surrounded by olive and pines trees, a big garden and private beach, sunbeds and umbrella for free. The sunsets are wonderful. Ideal location for those who want to stand out from the crowded areas. Very close to Neos Marmaras, about 10 km away ~15 min with car. The rooms are very clean, with AC, Wifi, with a wonderful view of the sea. Breakfast was delicious, everything you need, very good fruits and coffee. The hosts Michalis and Daniela are amazing, very helpful and always available for anything you need, they make you feel like home, many thanks for your hospitality. It was real pleasure staying at this hotel. We will definitely come back! Thank you!
