Right next to two taverns which ,without exageration were one of the best o have been in, close to supermarket approximately 5 min walk to it, and ofcourse right at the beach! The beach is not one of the best in greece, the sand was rocky but the view is amazing and also its right at your doorstep :) Also very close to the beach in neos marmaras, which is one of the best at this side of sitonia. The hotel itself was gorgeous down to the smallest details, the suite was fully equipped with everything we needed and impeccably clean, the staff was incredibly responsive and friendly - and I cannot speak highly enough of our host Xenia whose hospitality was far beyond expectation. Highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again!

The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and always smiling, and the manager clearly runs the place with great care and attention to detail. Our room was cleaned daily, and everything was kept spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast was lovel, fresh and varied every morning, which we really appreciated. The location couldn’t be better: right next to the shore, so you can enjoy the sound and sight of the sea just steps away. They even offer free umbrellas for the beach, which made our days in the sun even more enjoyable. One of our favorite parts was the excellent restaurant located right in front of the hotel. Sitting by the sea while enjoying a delicious meal😄 Overall, Hotel Avra exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-run place by the sea!

Free sun loungers and beach umbrellas are available. Meliton Inn’s staff can also arrange sports activities in nearby locations. The brekfast was absolutly fresh and tasty.The place is calm and beautiful. Polite and smiling people work twere.

A sweet-water pool with pool snack bar and free sun beds and umbrellas are featured. Great hotel experience! Friendly staff, especially Helena, comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Three minutes from the village of Sarti, with a beautiful Greek Orthodox Church, the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary. Had dinner at a wonderful seaside tavern.

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk and parking on-site. Quiet place with own beach. Breakfast was nice with good coffee. Manager was very helpful and really take care of us. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Towels and bedclothes was changed every 3-4 days. I recommend that hotel for people that they need calm and rest.
