Location is perfect, the whole staff was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. I’ll define book again on the future.

Situated in Tsilivi and only 500 metres from Tsilivi Beach, Anna Studio and Apartments features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This aparthotel offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. This was a really special stay for us. The apartment was big and had all facilities needed, full kitchen, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a decent bathroom with good hairdryer. The balcony is long and you have enough space to dry clothes on own side as well as a side facing the sun with table and chairs. We sat on the balcony everyday looking at the beautiful view over the town. The cleaner cleaned the rooms and tidied beds every day. There is a seating area next to reception which again had beautiful views and you could use this whenever you wanted. What made this so special is George and his family who live in the apartment next door. George helped us with anything we needed including water delivery (very much needed in this heat) and any problems we had were quickly rectified. We will miss them all and will be back for another stay!!

The area is close to the sea but not in the center of Tsilivi. It's more quiet and perfect location to relax. The view was to die for. We loved the sunrise view from our balcony. There was plenty space for parking the car. The room was clean and minimal, which we loved. All the staff (reception, service, owner) were very friendly and gave us great tips and recommendations for food drinks and all the best beaches and spots on the island. The pool was very clean and the whole place was surrounded by olive trees. It creates a secure and relaxed area. We didn't swim in the pool because we went to all the beaches the hotel owner recommended to us, but we will definitely try it next time. Would come back 100%.

Very polite, kind and warm welcoming personnel. They were glad to help us with every request and problem that we had. The cleaning was nicely done every day. Breakfast was delicious, variant and had the nutrients we needed to start the day. The location is placed in a quiet place, and about to 10 minutes tot a verry beautiful beach and the mini-city where we could find some nice fancy traditional restaurants and also traditional fast food one. It is near a lot of places where you can rent cars and quads too.

A games room and children's playground lie on site, while WiFi is offered in public areas. We had an amazing experience at Roseland Hotel – it exceeded all our expectations! The hotel is even more beautiful and spotless than the photos suggest. Despite being rated as a 3-star, the level of service was top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and always smiling. Our room was comfortable with a great bed and an excellent shower. The food options were varied and delicious, and even with my many allergies, I could always find something tasty to enjoy. The location is fantastic too, with the sandy beach just a short walk away. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Very spacious apartment with an amazing view. It was very clean, the hosts even cleaned the apartment and changed towels and bed linens in the middle of our stay. The hosts were very kind. The park spot is in the shade.
