The location is placed in a quiet place, and about to 10 minutes tot a verry beautiful beach and the mini-city where we could find some nice fancy traditional restaurants and also traditional fast food one. It is near a lot of places where you can rent cars and quads too.

Hotel was very good, but stuff was one of the best expirience I have ever had in hotels. Everybody was so nice. On welcom we got free drinks, checkout was easy. On our check out the owner of hotel drove as to bus station so we dont have to pay for taxi. Rooms are god food is excelent. On this place you have everything you need to spend your vacation. If we ever come back to zakynthos we would definetly chouse this hotel. Also we got free guids on every mini trip on the island. Christos explaind us every roote and best places.

The staff is incredible, they'll treat you and your family with respect and a lot of care. They were like family helping us out throughout our 9-night stay with two young children. They helped us plan a day-trip, set up a car rental, and gave us tips about the island. Food and drinks were definitely adequate in quality and the all-inclusive option was perfect for our family. We went to the beach frequently and it was a quick 10-min walk from the property. We stayed in a triple room, spacious enough for the family. Great shower. The room is well designed for families with kids. Overall, I can definitely imagine coming back to Roseland for another trip.

Very spacious apartment with an amazing view. It was very clean, the hosts even cleaned the apartment and changed towels and bed linens in the middle of our stay. The hosts were very kind. The park spot is in the shade.
