However, we were in constant communication to make sure that everything was alright from our end, and the person sent in his place reached us and welcomed us. The room was exactly as the pictures, hot water, hair dryer and A/C available, and most important: clean. There was a mini kitchen and fridge that we didn't use as we stayed for just one night, however I think that it would be great to use if we'd stay more. The view was amazing from the terrace. I would like to be able to bring my dog with me and I couldn't as it wasn't pet friendly, however, it was mentioned when we booked. Great value for money. Will be back again!

This self-catering complex in Laganas features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and satellite/Pay TV. It has a large swimming pool with adjacent, free sun beds and umbrellas, and cocktail bar. Excellent breakfast! Good quality, fresh with a lot of choises; different kinds of bread, 3 kinds of eggs, fresh fruit, Greek sweets, different juices and much much more. Most with daily variation. Very good service; friendly staff, free usage of towls for sunbeds and the beach. (May be changed every 2 days). Free usage of umbrella and coolbox. Clean spacy rooms. Near the centre but quit area. Free private parking (you get remote for the gate). They deserve 4 Stars instead of 3. Staff does everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The mini apartment was well-equipped, and very functional. As a welcome gift, we found fresh fruit, juice for the kids, and a bottle of white wine for us, a really appreciate gift. The pool is just a few steps from the rooms and includes a bar open from morning until late evening. Everything was made even better by George, who was incredibly kind and always available to help, truly exceptional! On the day of our departure, he even provided us with a room to shower and change before going to the airport. Everything was just perfect,thank you again, George!

Featuring a swimming pool with a sun terrace, Roseland Hotel in Kalamaki Village is within 300 metres of the beach. We booked this as our TUI flight was cancelled and we needed a clean comfortable hotel to get a couple of hours sleep and some food and a few drinks before our early flight and having just spent 24hrs in Zante Airport. Following Tui putting us in a disgusting apartment which we could not stay in as it was dirty and smelly and very degrading expecting us to stay there.

It was very clean, the hosts even cleaned the apartment and changed towels and bed linens in the middle of our stay. The hosts were very kind. The park spot is in the shade.
