Good location, with parking on site. There was a handy path down towards the old town. It is about a five minute walk to the marina, and about another five minutes walk to the old town. Very friendly owner. Communications was good before check-in. I made contact because a number of ferry crossings were cancelled because of a very strong wind. It’s a good size apartment with a separate living room area and would’ve been perfect for a longer day. It feels very clean and modern.

The apartmemt is large and has everything you need (among the usual apliances also a dishwasher, microwave, electic cettle, aircon, washing machine), everything is very clean, the rooms spacious, bed comfortable, the pool is right ouside the apartment, the sea about 20 steps away. They rent bikes and boats (maybe other things as well, but we didn't ask), breakfast and delicious dinner are both available on site for aditional price. A store is walking distance away, so are some bars, a pizza place is right next door. It is calm and peaceful, relaxing, beautiful. The owners are very kind, friendly, and helpful. Would definitelly recommend.

When staying at House Filomena, guests can use private entrance. The apartment is bigger than it looks on the pictures. Everything was very clean and the host was friendly and flexible with the check-in. The house is located 5 minutes by foot from the sea and around 15 to the city Rab. We loved the huge balcony and the spacious kitchen (with dishwasher!).
