Great location to airport (6km) and amazingly quiet for being this close to the airport (never heard any planes). Small cottage nicely decorated/clean with plenty of space between main floor and loft and smallerl bathroom and kitchen area. Owner lived in main house and told us to stop by with any issues/questions. AC worked great with separate unit in loft to deal wih naturally hotter temperatures. A little more lighting would be helpful but overall surprisingly comfortable/quiet stay so close to the airport.

This property exceeded my expectations. Although close to busy intersection, it is very peaceful and quiet. Amenities available are too many to count and mention. Host couldn’t be more hospitable and informative. I’d say this is by far the best choice for overnight stay in vicinity of airport, and I’ve used more than a few so far. I’ll gladly return.

The host greeted us with the keys and had candies and nuts for our arrival. The kitchen was well-stocked. It was 5-10 minutes from the airport for our early morning flight.

The food ( if you request beforehand !) Is out of this world delicious ! Homemade just for you showcases the bounty of what is in season! And the wine and cocktails are wonderful ! Marina is amazingly knowledgeable and makes you feel as if you are a family friend !! We also got to meet grandfather who hugged and kissed us !! Thank you!!!!

Cafés, restaurants, and shops were all within walking distance. Durdica (APARTMAN host) gave great directions to the apartment and suggestions on where to eat. The Zagreb airport is a 10 minute drive when we left the apartment at 07:00 on a Sunday morning. Durdica also recommended the Kaktus restaurant only an eight minute walk from the apartment. They had excellent quesadillas for two actually was more like for three or four! Apartment had all the necessities for eating in including a microwave. Easy check in with keys in lock box.
