I’ve had my share of staying at airport hotels in Jakarta. This one is one of the best of all. Comfy bed, hot water in the shower, clean, convenience store is a stone throw away, warm hospitality, on time- ish airport shuttle. Only about 3 mins late. Not bad at all. Early breakfast for early flight. Which is very much welcomed and highly appreciated. Thank you. It was a pleasant stay.

For the price of the location, it was an excellent value. Great location which is right beside the Tang City Mall. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. Room and bathroom was clean. Good pressure on the water. Overall, I look forward to checking in here again..

The staff at reception was exceptionally organized and helpful, anticipating my needs and facilitating meeting them in every way. I did not write down the name of the woman that helped me most, but I think it may have been Darya (or something like that). Everything about the hotel was very nice and the location near the international airport was a major plus. I used the free airport shuttle and therefore saved money on taxis. It was super easy from the hotel to the airport.
