All Yello hotel staff whom met during our stay were very friendly and pleasant. very impressed with the service, from front desk to housekeeping, especially the staff and security who were on duty at entrance on Saturday afternoon. As it was raining , they offered a ride to Sederhana restaurant within Harbourbay area. Unfortunately, we did not get the name of the staff and security. Thank you for the exceptional services! We will definately be back. ;)

All about this hotel. Stay very efficient, friendly, helpful and responsive. Food especially breakfast foods really yummy. Until now I really remembered the taste of nasi goreng, very delicious. Room very clean and comfortable. Wifi no lagging.

Breakfast is simple. Can order eggs done according to your request. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Anytime you can call on them, they are available to serve us. Just opposite is a big food court. It is a new food court. Crossing the road seems challenging. But we have the hotel staff to stop the traffic for us. Coming back we have a volunteer stopping the traffic for us to cross. Very convenient.
