The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the bathroom was a a cherry on the top - we loved that! On top of that the facility offers 2 swimming pools, and especially the 2nd one is very nicely located and offers view over greenery. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We can definitely recommend staying at Taman Amartha Hotel and can’t wait to be back!!!

Especially the upper rooms on top of separate houses from main building. Beautiful pool and so quiet and peaceful despite central location. Stayed 10 nights and rebooked for another 7. Best hotel! They also got very reasonably priced spa on the location. Super great.

Puri Garden Hotel & Hostel is located on Pengosekan Street, in the foothills of Ubud village, the cultural centre of Bali. The no 1 hostel I have ever stayed at!! The staff is very welcoming, they treat you like a family. There are many group activities every day (hiking, day trips, family dinners, puppy therapy, yoga class etc) that makes it so convenient to meet with other solo travellers. I loved it that there are free massages, pedicure and manicure every day. The rooms are very neat and organised and the food is extremely delicious. So many options to choose from including healthy super bowls. If you love island vibes and want to meet new people, you have to stay at Puri Garden. You will love it!!

The staff was very helpful, especially Yoyok, who went to all lengths to make my stay comfortable. The location is very central in Ubud, with lots of cafes and shops. The room was clean and very authentic I felt very much at home. The breakfast was a bit frugal but again that was not a problem at all as there are plenty of places to eat which are open from morning till late night. I would definitely stay again in this homestay!

The view is what makes this villa so special, and looking out at the jungle every day was amazing! I would highly recommend it; it’s the best value-for-money place I have ever stayed in.
