Decor is contemporary and very attractive. Very nice breakfast buffet. Upper level dining room and top level lounge bar are very nice and provide nice views of the city. Dinner food excellent.

I booked a 5-night stay at this hotel for my parents during the riots in Jakarta between the end of August and the beginning of September. Despite the situation, my parents felt completely safe throughout their stay. They were even able to walk around the neighborhood to get lunch or dinner and pick up essentials. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. When they saw that my parents had brought fruit from the local market, they offered to peel and cut it, then brought it to their room with cutlery—such a thoughtful gesture! The breakfast was FABULOUS—far better than what you'd find in many European hotels, even those charging much higher rates. One morning, my parents had to leave early and missed breakfast. When they returned around 10 AM, the chef still offered them a meal and personally cooked it according to their dietary needs. The room was spotless and without any issues. For the price, this hotel far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely book it again for my parents in the future. Many thanks to the staff for taking such great care of them!

I love that there are two tables, a comfortable place to open my suitcase and more spaces where I can deploy my things. The bed is very comfortable, They provide a kettle, cups, tea and sugar. Breakfast is quite varied. Many small details, for example there is a flashlight. I could watch Youtube on the TV. Location is in Cikini neihgborhood.

The breakfast was a worthy inclusion to the booking. I dont usually avail the breakfast in hotels but I enjoyed the different food options in this hotel. It is also near Block M with several food options and convenience stores at walking distance. The hotel staff were also very accommodating. They provided my requests including flat iron and board and assistance with my multiple luggages. They also willingly allowed me to leave my big luggage for 3 days because I went to a quick trip to Bali then returned and stayed for another night to also have some meetings with ASEAN agencies Jakarta before flying back to the Philippines. I will consider booking this place again when I return to Jakarta.

I repeat breakfast, ok, although we are not eating heavily in the morning, but for those who do, this is the best place, best breakfast options among ~20 hotels in two countries, we also enjoyed it so much. Option to choose a smoking room or not, and we chose the non smoking room, although my friend is smoking, she could go either to the top swimming pool area, or better to the convenient external area next to the bottom restaurant. We were offered from the start 2 room card keys, very thoughtful of the reception lady :-)
