Most of the shopping destinations were within short ride. Thamrin City Mall a very big mall is just beneath the property. To get to the property by taxi it would be better telling the taxi driver to go to Amaris Hotel Lobby instead of Jakarta Residence. Because, the taxi drivers at times confuse with Jakarta Apartments. Jakarta Residence is located on the 21st floor of Cosmo Mansion. The lobby of Cosmo Mamsion and Amaris Hotel is same. 2. The owner of the property Mr. Barru Danisworo is a fantastic person. He used to promptly reacted to resolve the issue if there is any. I contacted several times with him over WhatsApp and got the prompt response in solving few minor problems. 3. The The owner of the property Mr. Barru Danisworo arranged everything we require when we reside in our own house. We felt very much homely in staying the property as we got everything we required. Thanks a lot to Mr. Barru Danisworo for making the boarders so comfortable. 4. I would like to also convey my heartfelt thanks to booking.com for arranging a free transport from Airport to Jakarta Residence, Thamrin City.

Reception staff and house staff all very professional friendly and helpful. Super clean including corridors lift etc. I was so lucky to be given a corner room. Non smoking floor Room spacious clean with the usual very comfortable ibis bed and linens. Loved the glass bottled water provided. So much better than the ubiquitous plastic with all the microplastics in the water. Stayed 4 nights and would stay again Very highly recommended

It's a new hotel that is very clean and has a premium mattress, smart tv with Netflix and YouTube and decent wifi though sometimes it cuts off. The staff is great and very welcoming. Overall it makes for a great comfortable stay that is reasonably priced, which makes it highly recommended.

The breakfast was a worthy inclusion to the booking. I dont usually avail the breakfast in hotels but I enjoyed the different food options in this hotel. It is also near Block M with several food options and convenience stores at walking distance. The hotel staff were also very accommodating. They provided my requests including flat iron and board and assistance with my multiple luggages. They also willingly allowed me to leave my big luggage for 3 days because I went to a quick trip to Bali then returned and stayed for another night to also have some meetings with ASEAN agencies Jakarta before flying back to the Philippines. I will consider booking this place again when I return to Jakarta.
