The hotel truly stands out in Jakarta, especially being brand new — from the very warm friendly staff to modern furniture to the fresh, well-maintained interiors, everything feels thoughtfully designed. One detail I really appreciated is the overall ambience and scent of the hotel. From the moment you enter until you settle in for the night, the atmosphere is clean, calm, and welcoming. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet and restful stay despite the busy city. A major highlight is the hotel’s direct connection to the newly opened pakwon Mall. Having a beautiful, modern mall just steps from the third floor — seamlessly linked to the hotel — adds great convenience for dining, shopping, and relaxing. This second visit only confirmed my first impression: consistent comfort, quality, and convenience. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta.

The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating, they were very helpful with organising scooters for us and anything we needed. Our room was the great and had aircon which is a bonus, plus the food was so fresh and delicious!
