We had a very pleasant stay at this bed and breakfast just outside Galway. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were especially comfortable so we slept very well. The location near the lake was a real plus, making it easy to reach both Connemara National Park and Galway city without much driving. The host was friendly and helpful without being overbearing, and the breakfast each morning was tasty and satisfying. Overall, a wonderful and comfortable place to stay if you're exploring the area.

I was made so welcome. The breakfast was excellent. I would give it 5 stars .It was a huge bonus that I could bring my dog with me. Beautiful countryside and they have a nature walk that surrounds their country house and lands. I can't wait to get back.

Tigh Fitz is a charming, family-owned property that has been in the Fitzpatrick family for generations. Bhí Tigh Fitz tharr CIONN mar áit, an bean i bhfeighil Penny, san áireamh. We had an amazing time. Loved waking up for breakfast every morning and being served by the lovely girls sa chistin. The room was beautiful, great view and tea and coffee left beside the kettle every day. Heaven.
