Woodenbridge Lodge is nestled in the stunning countryside of South Wicklow’s Vale of Avoca. Set in landscaped gardens overlooking the Aughrim River, it offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi. Great buffet for breakfast with cold and hot food options! Staff greeted us with a smile and we were seated promptly. They were on hand to serve us coffee or tea and asked if we needed anything. We also had dinner there one night. There were several options available from the menu. The food was good and the service was excellent!

This hotel is situated in the heart of the Wicklow Mountain National Park in the village of Laragh, 1 km from the 6th-century monastic city of Glendalough. Amazing helpful and friendly staff, we arrived with our 1 year old grand daughter and did not have nappies, within 1 hour of arriving 6 nappies were delivered to the room. Top service. Thankyou

In the heart of the Wicklow Mountains National Park, the Glendalough Hotel has views of the ruined Glendalough Cathedral. The hotel offers en suite rooms, a restaurant and pub. Whilst the hotel was basic it was very comfortable, clean and food was good. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. The location was beautiful and the grounds were maintained to a high standard. We will definitely be back.
