Located beautifully on massive grounds, this is a beautiful B&B. Patrick and Helena Curran, the owners and hosts are extremely warm and friendly. We stayed in Room 4 in the main building, there are also carriage houses for larger groups. The B&B also offers a lovely made to order breakfast that’s cooked and served fresh. It’s otherwise a self catering B&B so don’t expect staff around to wait on you. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom has ample hot water and a very powerful shower. When it’s - 11 degrees outside that’s all you actually need. We had booked in just after Ireland got hit by Storm Darragh, so we reached when the power service had just been restored. Hence we faced some minor glitches with wifi and heating. But the hosts were quick to sort out everything. We loved our time here and would definitely book again.

Mary and Michael went above and beyond to make sure I had the best first birthday since I moved to Ireland. Tea and cake were waiting for me in the room (and they didn't know yet that it was my birthday), and the room had a beautiful garden and ocean view. Very comfortable with enough space for two people. They offered wonderful advice of things to do, and even got me a table for dinner at a nearby bar. I got a birthday card and a small bottle of wine when I arrived from spending the day outdoors. Breakfast was absolutely perfect and delicious. Mary's baking is top notch. A home away from home feeling was all I needed for my special day and they made me feel like I was having exactly that. Will definitely come back.

The family run An Portan Guesthouse is situated in Dún Chaoin on the edge of the Dingle Peninsula. The rooms at An Portan are all at ground floor level and are arranged in a courtyard style. Geraldine was absolutely amazing from our arrival to our departure and everything in between. great place, beautiful setting and warm hospitality!

The property was very homey and well taken care of. good shower in our room. the owners were exceptionally nice. breakfast in the morning was delicious. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our quick stay and would stay again if ever back in Dingle.

Convenient Location: Dúinín House is situated near the town of Dingle, 1.2km from the town centre, on the Conor Pass Road. Excellent place with a wonderful hosting family. Fantastic breakfast, very nice room and above all a very warm atmosphere. Very good tip for the dinner by the daughter of the owners: the fish in the box.

Had been hiking in the rain for 2 days. Everything I owned was wet. Host noticed and told me I should hang my stuff in the water heater closet next to my room. Next morning everything was dry. Felt like a new man. Hospitality isn't always about the latest luxury bauble. Great breakfast too!!

Perfect for everything, step out the door to the promenade, ample parking at the back. Staff were lovely Breakfast was spot on. Definitely my pick of hotels when I go back.
