Location excellent, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast good, clean and tidy understood my wife's coeliac condition and nice people. This characterful property was full of quirks and personality. We really loved having access to common spaces (where we played some boardgames) and the owners kindly let some of our party stay late while the rest of us went horseback riding. They were able to accommodate my gluten allergy for breakfast, and my family members said the full Irish was amazing.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food at the bar restaurant was delicious. The room was clean and cozy, with an antique charm. Absolutely loved the ambiance!

Beautiful property in a very peaceful, quite location, close to Ennis. The property was beautifully finished. Everything was clean and tidy. Bed was really comfortable with lovely bed linen. Really comfortable living area. Washing machine supplied which was a big bonus. Fiona was a fantastic host. Really friendly and helpful. Would return again if we are staying in this area. Would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Located beautifully on massive grounds, this is a beautiful B&B. Patrick and Helena Curran, the owners and hosts are extremely warm and friendly. We stayed in Room 4 in the main building, there are also carriage houses for larger groups. The B&B also offers a lovely made to order breakfast that’s cooked and served fresh. It’s otherwise a self catering B&B so don’t expect staff around to wait on you. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom has ample hot water and a very powerful shower. When it’s - 11 degrees outside that’s all you actually need. We had booked in just after Ireland got hit by Storm Darragh, so we reached when the power service had just been restored. Hence we faced some minor glitches with wifi and heating. But the hosts were quick to sort out everything. We loved our time here and would definitely book again.
