Situated in Newtown, 5 minutes’ drive from Ballyvaughan and Galway Bay, The Waters Country House boasts over 40 acres of farmland at the foot of the Burren Hills. Ailwee Cave, also featuring an underground river and a waterfall, is only 3km from the property. The thing I liked the most was the cottage ambient there was on the walls, also the view we had of the mountains was gorgeous. The pictures truly don’t make the place justice. The owners were amazing as well, kind and friendly. We will be back for sure!

The 3-star bed and breakfast is 19 km from Bunratty Castle & Folk Park. Thomond Park is 31 km from the bed and breakfast and King John's Castle is 32 km away. It was 10/10, we loved everything! Great hosts, great breakfast, great place! I would definitely recomend it.

Super service from great people (best we had on our Ireland-trip), wonderful breakfast, comfy&nice rooms, lovley livingroom with minibar and fireplace. We should have had 2 nights! 20 minutes to walk to downtown Doolin.

The Lodge Doolin offers room only and Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the centre of Doolin village, County Clare. Please note that our breakfast service is from Easter to October. We offer room only rates outside of these times. We close completely during December and January. We had 2 rooms for the 6 of us and everyone agreed that The Lodge was perfect.
