Situated in Newtown, 5 minutes’ drive from Ballyvaughan and Galway Bay, The Waters Country House boasts over 40 acres of farmland at the foot of the Burren Hills. This property is the most beautiful, majestic space with breathtaking architecture. It is nestled into a hill with views of The Burren and the sound of flowing water is around every corner. There are several inviting common areas complete with fireplaces and the feeling of contemplation and peace. We topped off our eve with a whiskey at the “help yourself” bar. The next morning we visited the Ailwee Caves (a must see) and the 16th century tower house called Newtown Castle which is part of Burren College of Art - there was true student talent. Both places are a short walk or drive from The Waters Country House. This is a one of a kind B & B NOT to be missed and Wolfgang and Maria are the most gracious proprietors!

Very quiet, beautiful, clean a big house, everything was perfet, we stayer for 4 night, travelled around, took advice from Fiona the host. Loved it.

With views over Doolin village and towards the Cliffs of Moher, Doolin View B&B is within a 10-minute walk of traditional Irish pubs and restaurants. Super service from great people (best we had on our Ireland-trip), wonderful breakfast, comfy&nice rooms, lovley livingroom with minibar and fireplace. We should have had 2 nights! 20 minutes to walk to downtown Doolin.

The Lodge Doolin offers room only and Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the centre of Doolin village, County Clare. Please note that our breakfast service is from Easter to October. We had 2 rooms for the 6 of us and everyone agreed that The Lodge was perfect.

In the heart of Doolin village, O’Connor’s Accommodation overlooks the Aille River and offers free parking. Excellent location, comfortable room for our family of 4, a great continental breakfast

Built in the Georgian period in 1736, Aran View Country House and Lodge stands on a hill on the coast road and commands one of the finest views of the wild Clare coastline. excellent. Good variety and nice presentation.

In beautiful North Clare, with views of the Burren Hills, Cappabhaile House offers spacious bedrooms and traditional Irish breakfasts. There is also free parking and free Wi-Fi. Fairly big B&B in the Burren area. Wonderfully quiet, very nice room with everything one could want. Great view out onto pastures. The owners are super nice and welcoming. Choice of breakfast is hard as everything is freshly cooked and very tasty. :-) Ballyvaughan is small yet there are a number of great restaurants in the area.
