Had a great experience staying in this hotel with very helpful and responsive staff always with a positive attitude to our requirements. Food at the restaurant was also good especially seafoods and goan curry. Location is peaceful inthe main road and also is ideal for city hopping as it’s situated very near to Cellular jail and main bazaar. Thanks for the good hospitality and fresh natural vibes .

The hotel is located in a proximity of 1 Kilometres from Sitapur Beach. Neil island serves the guest with direct conversation with mother nature and the hotel is beautifully located at Greenish area with great facilities. I personally loved the hospitality of the hosts and the services rendered by them. I ate both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Healthy, tasty and sumptuous food is served here including both veg and non-vegetarian. I will stay here only during my next visit to Neil Island.

This was a lovely home stay vibe and perfect for us! Just off the Main Street with restaurants, it was a quiet location. Breakfast being included was an awesome bonus. The room was cosy and had everything we could need. good shower pressure, sizeable bathroom and everything was clean. The terrace has a nice view as well. A special shout out for Anarul, the young lad who can sort out anything you want. He got us rickshaws, gave tips and suggestions, booked us a ferry, you name it. And he also does the cooking if you order lunch and dinner from the hotel! What lovely meals he prepared for us. The fish masala was the best. All the meals he prepared were homely, flavoursome and simply yum! I highly recommend this place to people who want a quiet spot to unwind at the end of their day, and do ask Anarul about anything you might have questions about.

The place is located super conveniently, close to the city center (Sunday market is gorgeous) and the Aberdeen area (night market, food stalls etc) but at the same time in a street which escapes the rush, protected, like a nest in the middle of the city life. Filtered water for free, complimentary ayurveda soaps, Indian breakfast, good WiFi, food delivery service And the best, the great kindness of the host and team! They were totally available and helped us with valuable advice. We asked Rahul, the host, about a place to try dosa before we left, and he even took us himself in quest for one which might still be open (dosa is supposed to be breakfast, so before 11 ideally)! A city with so much to offer, a taste of India in 15 square Km of peaceful and kind coexistence. Really deserves more than a few days. Definitely need to come back!

The property is centrally located with easy access to auto rickshaws for local, nearby trips. It’s neat and clean with a rooftop restaurant that serves good food at reasonable prices. The hospitality of the staff is very good and would recommend anyone.

Very friendly and attentive staff that would help you with anything you needed. Let us swap to a superior room when one became available. Breakfast was some sort of flakey bread, spiced chickpeas, yogurt and masala chai - was nice and a new experience for a European!
