The highlight was undoubtedly the large size glass windows that offered a mesmerizing view of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the stay comfortable. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or reception, everything was handled with professionalism and a warm smile. The in-house restaurant offered a great selection of delicious food.... It’s very close to the market square yet it’s tucked away in a corner and is away from the hustle bustle of the crowd. The staff are extremely professional, warm, proactive. If I requested anything they would address it immediately. Never had to ask them again. The rooms are so clean, the beds very comfortable and the coffee at breakfast was super! The owner is very hands on at the property, very interested in the well being of his guests. I highly recommend this place! It’s usually sold out so book well in time. They have a new hotel close by so one can get rooms there also! The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice, gave us some good advice on shopping etc. very polite staff! Thanks! We will be back!
