First of all, the location is absolutely stunning — our family room had large windows with a direct view of the Himalayas. Waking up to that view was a truly magical experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was also a wonderful bonus. The staff deserves special mention — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Whether we needed to rent motorbikes, buy SIM cards, or organize excursions, everything was arranged smoothly right at the hotel. A special thanks to the owner of the hotel — you can really feel how passionate he is about what he does. He puts so much heart and care into running this place, and it shows in every detail — from the thoughtful design to the welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Ladakh. It’s a place where you feel truly welcomed and well taken care of.

Hotel owner is very accommodating, friendly and available, he was able to help us with everything we needed. They can also help arrange the tourist permits so you don't have to worry about that. The hotel itself is beautiful, very green and quiet - we truly had a relaxing experience there. Rooms are comfortable and have a balcony. The staff is there anytime you need them, there is restaurant/food service available at the property. It's a great hub to explore Leh and Ladakh, and is an example of how hospitality should be. We will stay there if when we visit Leh again!
