This eco-friendly hotel, 30 minutes’ drive from Reykjavik, is surrounded by nature in the town of Ölfus. The place is stunning with views to a farm of horses and a perfect spot to see the Northern lights that we could see a couple of nights. The staff, the breakfast was great with loads of food.

The Wi-Fi was absolutely incredible, haven’t encountered such speed at a hotel, ever. The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Rooms were great with an amazing view and the breakfast was very good.

Litli Geysir Hotel is on Route 35, located only 200 metres from the world famous Geysir hot spring in Iceland’s Haukadalur Valley. We loved the location-across the street from the Strokkur Geysir. We were upgraded to the Hotel Geysir from Litli Geysir and what a treat! Our room was fantastic! Newly updated. Very comfy beds. The breakfast was delicious! The lobby was so beautiful and calming. We hope to stay here again.
