We booked one transit night with late check in and very early check out, so airport proximity was a must. It's a taxi drive away (15 minutes) but it's so well located that we walked a few meters down the road to a 24/7 super market and were able to grab dinner despite the late hour.

This hotel is only 100 metres from Keflavík International Airport and 25 minutes’ drive from the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa. WiFi and parking are free during your stay. The proximity to the airport (just walk across a parking lot) is unparalleled. At the same time it's a bit too pricey for what they offer, however, it's not a tourist trap - they do have clean premises and the breakfast is decent as well.

This modern hotel is located in Grindavík, 6 km from the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa and 7 km from Geldingadalir. Breakfast is offered each morning, and WiFi and parking are free. Easy check in , room was clean and nice . Quiet area , quiet room .We had a early flight and they happily fixed us a to go breakfast . Close to the Blue Lagoon and airport .

The family-run Hotel Keilir is within 5 minutes’ drive of Keflavík International Airport. It offers a shuttle service to the airport, plus free Wi-Fi and parking. All rooms have a balcony. Always good to stay at Keilir. My preferred choice in Keflavík.
