The architecture and ambiance is stunning. And it is ideally located in the wonderful old town of Susa, with its Roman ruins and Medieval buildings. This was just a quick, one-night stay for us but we wish we could have stayed longer. Oh and Pizzeria Bella Napoli in the town square makes the BEST pizza. The concierge recommended it to us and we LOVED it! Overall, we highly recommend Convento Boutique Hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth truly made us feel at home and made Verona feel like an even more special place in our memories. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we could ask for. Perhaps only a small suitcase stand would be a nice addition, but it wasn’t an issue at all. The breakfast was delicious and diverse – a perfect start to each day. Overall, we feel we received much more than we paid for, in both service and experience. Thank you again for everything – we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Verona!

At the hotel, rooms feature air conditioning and all come with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Loved this spot, room was cute and functional - had everything that was needed. Staff were so kind, friendly and welcoming - it felt as though you already knew them. Location was great easy walk to tram and metro station. Breakfast was yummy and coffee was amazing too. I saw a lot of remote workers there to, I'd come back for a working trip there too, great idea!!

The staff are AMAZING so friendly and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air, they truly can’t do enough and you never feel uncomfortable with them.
