I read about the area Castellebate by chance but decided to break our trip to Calabria to visit. It thought il Cefalo was just at the bottom of the town but it was a little way along the coast. Best mistake I ever made. The hotel was great, position fantastic and the food was top class!

The host was very welcoming and made us an unusual dinner of local dishes as we were the only guests there. A wonderful off' the tourist track place to stay.

Antonia was always responsive if we had any questions and it was great to know that she was about, if needed. Antonio, at the bar, was always cheery and pleasant when ordering breakfast. The staff in general were friendly and efficient but let you relax and just enjoy the great atmosphere and beautiful town of Marina di Camerota. The accomodation blocks were very well maintained and our duplex was very clean and comfortable. The secure parking, ability to charge EV and beautiful gardens with pool were all excellent. There was also free access to a washing machine. The supermarket at the top of the street was very convenient. The location was perfect, in a quiet spot, minutes from the beach by a private path but also not far, by foot, from the town. Our car didn't move for 10 days - perfect!

The place is awesome. I stayed here for five days. Alexander is an awesome person. He provided me with awesome food. Dropped me to the work location as well as the station. I highly recommend this place in Paestum.
