Super kind staff that gave us directions when we got a bit stuck coming from Cortina due to the mudslides. We were coming on our bikes in the rain and the staff was so sweet, insisting on giving us a ride to a restaurant for dinner and gifting us cookies in the morning. I never write reviews, but they were so kind!

Great location within the city walls of old town Klausen.Food at the restaurant is excellent and there is a playground for kids right beside the terrace of the restaurant. They serve breakfast there in the morning. İn the evening, the restaurant becomes the grill haven. You will never taste such a good meat anywhere in İtaly. We did not drink anything with the meat to keep the smell of the wood in our mouth. The staff was moving in fast forward mode. They were fast, efficient, kind, always smiling. They all know what they are doing. All speak at least three languages and you never look for them, they come to you. İncredible. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable.

All rooms at the Rosengarten have wooden furnishings and a private bathroom. Some rooms feature a four-poster bed and a balcony with mountain views. Loved how authentic, clean and nice the hotel was. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Such amazing view from the rooms! Loved the sauna! I would love to visit again!!

The Trentino-style rooms have wood floors and warm colour schemes. Some have wood-beamed ceilings, and all come with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. Some have a balcony. The service was excellent and very friendly, the room was nice, we ate at the hotel each night, there was a choice of starters mains and sweets, for a set price depending on how many courses you chose, (very reasonable priced, only €21 for full 3 course plus salad/veg) we had salad all three nights along with either a starter or main, 1st night pasta with venison ragu👍then pork wrapped in parma ham 👌lastly pasta with pesto😁 table wine was nice & very reasonable at €12, also loved the pinot grigio, which is my tipple, along with a few limonchello's and aperell sprites. The bar closed at 10pm but you could sit and enjoying your drinks in the lounge until whenever. We was on motorbikes and there was ample parking space in the garage and loads of fabulous roads /passes to go on, we didn't use the spa as we went out on our bikes, I would definatly recommend this as a place to stay.

We offer plenty of free parking spaces, secure storage for your bike and parking spaces for large vehicles on request. Breakfast was excellent, location, restaurant next door does the best pizza.
