The staff impressed us with their service. A warm thank you to the receptionist Cosmin, who showed and told us everything we should see. The rooms were clean, breakfast was simple but tasty. We fancied everything starting from the entrance hall ended to service, First of all the location is superb you can find anything near you, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and groceries. The staff was very warm and welcoming they have helped us in everything we asked for, kept our luggage, gave us needed facilties and they were available 24/7 even on the christmas eve. The room was fabulous, everything was sparkling clean and fantastic, in the room we could find everything we needed for one night stay, the beds and pillows were super comfortable and in the room we had the access to netflix and disney+. Thanks to this hotel our stay at florence was fierce, hundred percent valuable for money and I am definitely coming back there.
