A beautiful and well maintained property on the hill above Casamicciola. It's a bit of a hike up the hill but a leisurely downhill stroll to town and there is a bus to bring you back. 20-25 minute walk to shops and beach but the trade off is the incredible view from the property. The breakfast was generous and delicious - pastries, yoghurt, cereal and fruit. The staff were so lovely and accomodating, they picked me up from and dropped me off to the ferry, gave lots of information about the bus network and were generally available for all questions and requests. The property was very clean and well kept. Bonus is the pool, sauna and spa!

The views from the terrace where you have breakfast and dinner is also served were glorious. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful yoghurt seeds and fruit selection as well pastries. Coffee was served and delicious. Most importantly Romaldo Carmella and Adella were the most caring genuine and hospitable hosts. We felt at home.

If you are like me and stumbled upon this cute place accidentaly, look no further, book it immediately and you will feel like home, like you are visiting your Italian family! My 7 year old son and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa Giuseppina and hopefully come back someday again! We were greeted with a warm welcome of refreshing beverages after a long travel day. The room was very comfortable with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The Hotel has a very cute garden with different flowers and plants growing around. The pool was amazing, my son spent long hours of swimming and loved it very much. One of my personal favorites about our stay at Casa Giuseppina was a curated three meal dinner daily, from fresh ingredients of the day: one day seafood theme, then italian meats, pastas and traditional ischia rabbit dinner. Food so delicious and fantastic! Five stars⭐️ compliments to Casa Giuseppina family Michele and his wife and Peppe!! No need to go and search for dinner places elsewhere! top notch! The chefs were also very accomodating to my picky 7 year old, offering alternatives🫶 Breakfasr was also very amazing, with tons of most delicious fresh fruits, yogurt, cornettos, cereals, fresh juice, scrambled eggs and best freshly made cappucinos and more! Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. I am so happy and grateful that I found this place on booking.com. Great location. Right next to a bus stop, beautiful beaches around such as Cavagrado, Maronti and Poseidon and Forio.

The property exceeded our expectations! The most comfortable and “home” feeling stay of our 2 week trip around Italy. The reviews were already very good, and everything people say about Villa Verde is true. We loved the beautiful decor, the location, the kind staff that helped us with excursion bookings and kept our room clean the whole week. We slept very comfortably with no street noise and woke up refreshed every morning to an *incredible* breakfast that was 10/10. Filippo was helpful from the start. He was there to greet us. He gave us great tips. He even offered shampoo when I told him they'd taken mine at the airport. The hotel has all basic facilities. The room had a beautiful terrace with an exceptional view. It's just a stones throw from Sorgeto bay but if you're mobile (we hired a motorino and it was a blessing) you can visit the whole island while being able to return to a quiet place at night. Amber and Sara, Filippo's gorgeous daughters served us breakfast every morning, and always with a smile (even when we asked for three or four coffees). They're exquisite and speak English and French other than Italian which makes it easy for anyone to communicate with them. Jean Paul patiently made us eggs each morning and served us cold cuts. The cleaning lady (didn't get her name) keeps the villa immaculately clean. If you're visiting Ischia and want to be in safe hands, just book :) By the way Ischia is beautiful and you'll love it especially of you're looking for authenticity with a little life but not the frantic rhythm some of these islands tend to offer. Visit Forio, Sant Angelo and get Filippo to book your sunbeds at Le Fumerole and eat lunch cooked in the hot sand. And ask him to get you that motorbike 😉

Set 2 km from the centre of Forio, on the island of Ischia, Hotel Villa Cimmentorosso offers rooms with a hydromassage shower and sea-view balcony. Villa simentorrosso is a very special place. To start with basic information, cleanliness is 10/10 service 10/10, comfortability 10/10, location 10/10. View 10/10. If you have time to read the rest of my experience it’s below. It’s not just a place to sleep in but rather to experience. This accommodation is filled with lots of love from the family running it. I never stay In my hotels when I travel but this place has so much Italian energy that it makes you settle in comfortably. The place is surrounded by lots of vegetables like tomato, zucchini, fruits and they serve them for breakfast, from home made jams, and omg the best tomato I ever had in my life! Sun sets are really really nice from there. Balcony or pool area or directly from your room. The only hesitation I have is I didn’t stay here for 7 days to fully immerse in this wonderful place. Highly recommended and it should be a stop for everyone who wants to experience a true italian hospitality. 10/10
