Our overall experience was fantastic. Location of the Hotel is great, however accessing the parking is not straightforward, but we recived proper instructions in advance. Great service, the staff were very kind and helpful! Definitely a recommended place to stay.

This is my second stay in the Florence hotel and I'll happily return again! Beautiful hotel in a very central location, very kind and helpful staff. Reach breakfast and a great restaurant. Location with easy walk to city center, restaurant, and shops. Balcony views of Lake Como. We highly recommend and would love to stay again ourselves.

We had a partial view to the lake, with the room by the swimming pool, which we really appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is really amazing and the closeness to nature makes it a perfect stay.
