I loved the location as it´s 10 min walk from Termini central railway station, so you don´t need to take any transport after you arrive from the airport or in case you would like to take a train to another city. also it´s close to the city center and it´s a walkable distance. the view from the window was phenomenal, i´ve never experienced something like this,pure beauty and history. the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. i appreciate their extra support, they really care about your stay. Also you don´t have to pay extra fees for late check in or early check out as it tends to be a common practice in Rome. but it´s not the case for this hotel

The check-in was earlier than expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. Additionally, after check-out, I was allowed to leave my luggage and even enjoy some coffee and tea — a very friendly and unexpected service that I really appreciated. The staff was always polite and attentive, which made me feel like an important guest. This hotel truly values its visitors, creating a special atmosphere of hospitality. The only small downside for me was the dust and the not fully polished faucets, which was a bit surprising. However, this did not spoil the overall positive impression of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates not only comfort but also genuine hospitality. Many thanks for the excellent service!
