Ladies from Reception are very helpfull and so kind and sweet. You can count on them. We would like to say, once again for Ladies - you are amazing and have done a lot for us - Grazie. What made our stay truly special was the warm and genuine hospitality we received, especially from Sabrina. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Always smiling, helpful, and incredibly kind, Sabrina made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. I highly recommend staying in this hotel, you won't regret it for sure.
