Every other room is even nicer than the previous. The hotel is the perfect mix between beach holiday and cultural hospots closeby.

Casa Mia is a charming building of the late 19th-century, situated in one of the main streets of the historic centre of Siracusa, just a 3-minute walk from Ortigia Island. All rooms are en suite and offer air conditioning. The hotel's location is simply amazing, being a 10 minutes walk away from the train station, from Ortigia and 20 minutes away from the archeological park. The staff is really kind. The room was simple but comfortable. The air conditioner was incredibly potent!

The property is allergy-free and is located 700 metres from Aretusa Beach. Big and very clean room. Very friendly and helpfull people. Excellent breakfast for every taste and the best coffee we had in Ortigia.

With a large rooftop terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Domus Mariae Albergo is right on Siracusa's seafront. It lies in the Isola di Ortigia historical area, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The hosts Cynthia and David were wonderful. They did everything to make sure our stay was exceptional . They went over and above helping with finding parking and where to eat and they treated us like family. Our Sicily vacation was superb because locals like Cynthia and David are warm, lovely, professional and extremely welcoming and friendly! The view of the sea from our room was gorgeous.

This is an ideal location from which to visit all the local attractions such as the ancient market, the Cathedral and Fonte Aretusa fountain. In addition, the hotel is also near to the bus station, meaning that it is easy to get around the city and make day trips to nearby places. The location, and the breakfast terrace, excellent orange fresh, wonderful views! Friendly staff!

Located by the main landmarks of the historic centre of Siracusa, Hotel Gutkowski overlooks the sea and is comprised of 2 old buildings, which originally housed local fishermen and craftsmen.

Restored in a contemporary style, yet respectful of the Sicilian tradition, the Gutkowski boasts natural colours, intimate interior and a friendly atmosphere. The view from the rooms that face the sea is terrific, but the street views are pleasant as well. Hotel Gutowski’s staff were gracious, warm and helpful with information about the city and transportation, including helping us arrange for a private car and driver for a day trip. By good fortune, our first day in the hotel fell on the last day before the hotel restaurant closed for a winter break. The menu offered a variety of richly flavorful vegetarian dishes along with a nice wine, all very Sicilian. We’ve had many great meals in Sicily; none better or more creatively prepared than here, though. Breakfasts were superb, everything from scrambled and boiled eggs to traditional cheeses, home-made yogurt, fruits, preserves and pastries, served across a generous time period up to 10:00 am.
