Casa Mia is a charming building of the late 19th-century, situated in one of the main streets of the historic centre of Siracusa, just a 3-minute walk from Ortigia Island. All rooms are en suite and offer air conditioning. The hotel's location is simply amazing, being a 10 minutes walk away from the train station, from Ortigia and 20 minutes away from the archeological park. The staff is really kind. The room was simple but comfortable. The air conditioner was incredibly potent!

Located in a very nice and quite neightbor, which is highly valuable. The staff was helpfull and services great. Definitively a place to repeat.

This is an ideal location from which to visit all the local attractions such as the ancient market, the Cathedral and Fonte Aretusa fountain. In addition, the hotel is also near to the bus station, meaning that it is easy to get around the city and make day trips to nearby places. Very good location . Easy to find and easy parking.

Restored in a contemporary style, yet respectful of the Sicilian tradition, the Gutkowski boasts natural colours, intimate interior and a friendly atmosphere. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant, the location by the water was great as we could walk along the sea wall, our room had everything we needed and the breakfast was the best we’ve had in Sicily. Lots of fruit!
