Reception was super helpful and helpful with advice on tickets to visit tower and info on surrounding area. Room very modern and super clean although the hotel is only 3 star, the rooms are 5 star!

Just a wonderful accommodation experience! Leonardo made our vacation unforgettable. He seems to be the complete personification of Italy with his hospitality and joy. We stayed a few days longer in Florence because it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in the center, walking distance to all the sights, yet on a very quiet street. After midnight there is no one there at all. There are plenty of places with delicious food nearby, and the breakfast at the hotel is quite hearty and fresh. The hotel itself is small, I think it's 10 rooms? I'm not sure. The floor is quiet and the rooms are comfortable. There are even nice slippers (in 2025 I see less and less of them in hotels). Soundproofing is good, new air conditioners, great windows with shutters (you can completely block the light and sleep), comfortable beds with good mattresses. We managed to stay in two rooms, both were comfortable and very conveniently organized. You can see the staff's care for the hotel and the people.

Air-conditioned rooms at the 3-star Signoria are en suite and have a flat-screen TV with Sky international channels and a free smartphone. They feature a minibar and a bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower. They provided best service for us. The room was super clean and hotel amenities were so enough. Of course, the breakfast and the view of restaurant were the best ever. And, the location of hotel was just perfect to go to key landmarks.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. All you expect of a palazzo hotel. Unique parking inside Siena as well.

Helpful staff , I came for Andrea bocelli concert, location of the hotel was great , next to the information center and touristic areas , shuttle bus to the concert was 1 minute away , hotel area is very vibrant which I loved, as a solo woman traveler hotel was in a safe area and secure .

Our apartment was huge, with two bedrooms and a spatious terrace overlooking the sea and the marina. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choises. The staff is incredibly accomodating and helpful, they really made our stay a special experience.
