The staff was the greatest, Khalid, Homan and Ash helped us since we arrived with getting transportation, telling us places to visit etc. They even held our luggages for one night, when we went to Petra and Wadi Rum. They found the best transportation to go to Petra and Wadi Rum. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Having breakfast included was a must for us, and very good.

We arrived on our first day in Amman. The room was clean and very comfortable for me and my two sons. We were able to exchange money at an office just a one-minute walk away and buy a travel SIM card. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, providing us with all the information we needed.
