The staff are exceptionally helpful and the rooms are spacious, very clean and an overall excellent. It is next to the touristic spots in Madaba and has a restaurant as well as being near all other food options.

Very clean, spacious room, comfy bed. There was some complemetary coffee/tea and snacks toguether with water. There was towels and toiletries. The food in the restaurant was good. The breakfast was a mixture of continental and jordanian.

With free WiFi, this 3-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel has a terrace and city views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. The staff was delightful and went out of their way to take care of every need and answer every question for us. Tal'at went above and beyond, even trying to find a music store for me on his day off. Their crew is a group of professional, kind, and thoughtful people. Breakfast was exceptional, varied, and plentiful, even providing made-to-order omelettes and really fresh coffee. There's a lovely bar with a variety of drinks available, but my favorite thing was an unexpectedly savory, last-minute dinner of a delicious hot pot chicken with vegetables, cooked to perfection and served over a flame. It was one of our best meals in the two weeks that we toured the country. The rooms were clean, modern, and very cozy. The hotel felt very safe and we loved our balcony.
