We had booked one large room for our family of five & as it was undergoing renovation, they gave us two rooms for the same price, one of them very large with four twin beds & the other with one large bed adjacent. They arranged our pickups from the border & to the airport (for extra of course) & packed us a small breakfast as we were leaving before breakfast was served. Thank you Safa & Rami for everything. The Mosaic City Hotel is a small and friendly hotel in the heart of Madaba, within easy walking distance of the Church of St George and the famous mosaic map of the Holy Land. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the rooms are spacious, very clean and an overall excellent. It is next to the touristic spots in Madaba and has a restaurant as well as being near all other food options.

The new and modern Rumman Hotel is a cozy, family-run business. It is quietly located only a 10-minute walk from the historical centre of Madaba, also known as the City of Mosaics. I've been to 6 or 7 different hotels in Jordan, this was definitely the best I had! The staff is super welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, well built (kudos for the shower with water tight doors and for the extra thin bed sheets instead of only the big thick ones), and very clean. The breakfast is delicious and complete. Everything is maintained to a very high standard. The location is good, 10 minutes away from the center. I totally recommend!!

Everyone was really kind and helpful, we got information about what we should visit in the city in our holiday. We got the opportunity to buy some souvenirs from the hotel. The room was tidy and well equipped. We had everything that we needed. The breakfast was really taste. We enjoyed our stay in Saint John Hotel a lot. Thank you for everything!
