That was a nice surprise. The room is well equipped with good quality furniture. Breakfast was good with a lot of different meals. Staff was nice and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay one or two night in Madaba. It is well located in a center with a private parking if you have a car.

The Mosaic City Hotel is a small and friendly hotel in the heart of Madaba, within easy walking distance of the Church of St George and the famous mosaic map of the Holy Land. Good breakfast, nice and friendly staff, spacious room, good value for money

Very clean, spacious room, comfy bed. There was some complemetary coffee/tea and snacks toguether with water. There was towels and toiletries. The food in the restaurant was good. The breakfast was a mixture of continental and jordanian.

The staff was delightful and went out of their way to take care of every need and answer every question for us. Tal'at went above and beyond, even trying to find a music store for me on his day off. Their crew is a group of professional, kind, and thoughtful people. Breakfast was exceptional, varied, and plentiful, even providing made-to-order omelettes and really fresh coffee. There's a lovely bar with a variety of drinks available, but my favorite thing was an unexpectedly savory, last-minute dinner of a delicious hot pot chicken with vegetables, cooked to perfection and served over a flame. It was one of our best meals in the two weeks that we toured the country. The rooms were clean, modern, and very cozy. The hotel felt very safe and we loved our balcony.
