Free WiFi access is offered throughout the entire property, and staff are on site 24-hours a day to assist guests during their stay. Could not reccomend this hotel enough! We had a super comfortable bed in a spacious room (the biggest we had in our Japan trip), the hotel is beautifully designed with a cool vinyl bar at the entrance. But the staff was the most amazing part of our stay: they gave us lot of advices on the best areas to explore, restaurant reccomendations and helped us with reservation and more. Don’t miss out on their Google Maps lists as well! Would definitely go back!

The staff were incredibly friendly and they provided a shuttle to and from the station, they can keep your bags at checkout and even deliver them to the station for our scheduled bus departure. Ryokan is perfectly located, just next to the temple. The staff are welcoming and kind, helping with many things you didn't knew you needed help with. Food is delicious and atmosphere in Ryokan let's you feel like in Japan from the movies.
Initially I thought it was pricey, however after the stay I'm disappointed of myself that I didn't book it for longer.

The hotel located along the Oito Line that was accessible by car or taxi from Shinano-Matsukawa, Kita-Hosono or Hosono station. We had multiple email and message communications with the owners. Atsu responded to reassure that our commute concern would be solved. He would pick us up and drop off at Hosono station. The price of the hotel was very affordable and could walk to train station if having no luggage. Atsu was very accommodating to our trip plan change. He was thoughtful to drop us to the Shinano-Matsukawa station that the waiting area was warmer & was in town. Guest rooms were on the 2nd floor of a Curry Restaurant. Atsu helped carrying the suitcase up to the room & brought us furniture that we needed. He was also the chef of the restaurant. The food was yummy. We highly recommended this

Excellent location for easy access to Nagamachi district. Clean, comfortable budget hotel that included breakfast.
The staff were so kind and helpful. Location was great too and prices were budget friendly as a solo traveller I'm really serious 11/10 loved it
Excellent budget hotel with capsule pods and also individual rooms right next to main bus & train station. Large shared furo & basic self catering lounge kitchen area. Highly recommended.
Good location, nice facilities and very close to both station and city center.
Free parking. large area for stopping my car in front of the hotel entrance for dropping and picking up my family and luggage. close to city centre. room is spacious (compare to typical budget hotel in Japan).
Good value budget hotel, friendly helpful staff. Very close to Sakae station & city centre. Lots of convenience stores & restaurants nearby.
Location was great, breakfast was great, room was not as small as most other budget hotels.
Location is excellent, right next to Gyu Kaku (grilled beef restaurant we go to for apres ski), super easy to access from West Tokyo where we live, and super easy to go to Fujiten Ski resort (about a 20 min drive). There's a corner shop (Lawson) right next to it, and there are many vending machines inside the hotel. The rooms are always very clean and well kept. Really recommend this budget hotel!
Good budget hotel for minimalist travellers. Good location, not far from station and close to bus stop. Going with the trend of small hotel rooms in Japan, this had all the necessary amenities
