The staff warmly welcomed us, took photos of us with the cherry blossoms and Mount Fuji, and then handled our luggage. Check-in was very clear and detailed, and our room had a stunning view of the lake and Fuji — absolutely beautiful! The location was excellent, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was both delicious and a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and even felt a bit sad that we didn’t have an extra day there. Highly recommended!

The kaiseki dinner course and breakfast were truly exceptional experiences — absolutely something everyone should try at least once. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the level of service was top-notch. I also noticed that assistance was available in several different languages, which was very impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel also has an onsen, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!
